Refund Policy
Please read the refund policy on the booking page for any tour that is offered for sale on this website. Our VIP and Bus tours allow you to cancel up to 24 Hours before the tour start time to receive a 100% refund.
If you do not call or email us to cancel more than 24 hours before the tour start time, you will not receive a full refund.
If you do not show up, if you are not on time, or if you are in the wrong place on the day of the tour you will not receive a refund.
No refunds for weather or poor visibility, it is your responsibility to monitor the weather and cancel 24 hours or more before the tour start time if you do not wish to take the tour with the existing weather conditions. We make no guarantees about weather conditions or visibility. By booking you assume the responsibility for the risk that the weather may interfere with your ability to see the sights, or otherwise make the tour less desirable than expected. If in doubt please cancel.
No refunds or compensation for tours that have variation or run later than expected. By booking, all passengers assume the risk of a late return, and are advised not to schedule flights, shows, or any other appointment in the afternoon or early evening after a tour. If you book a flight, show, or other event after a tour, you do so knowing that you might miss the flight, show or event, and you will not be compensated.
All itineraries on our website are approximate and can vary depending on factors such as, but not limited to, your hotel location, number of people taking the tour, traffic conditions, weather conditions, delays caused by passengers. We do not guarantee return times or hotel drop off times. We strongly urge you not to schedule anything after your tour is scheduled to return since delays can and do happen.
Please understand that when you book a tour with any company, you are taking seats that could be sold to other people. We will allow you to change your reservation if you cannot take a tour on the date you schedule. If you have any questions about any policies, please contact us before booking a tour.
Air tours, including Helicopter and Airplane require payment in full in advance. These tours allow cancellation for a full refund if the cancellation is made at least 24 hours prior to the tour start time.
When you make a reservation through this website, you will receive an email confirmation within 24 hours. This confirmation will include all of the details for the tour purchased including pickup times, pickup location, and contact info in the event you need to make changes or have specific questions. Please review this confirmation email carefully, as it contains the specific terms for your reservation. You are responsible for knowing all information contained in that email. If you do not consent to the terms in the confirmation email, you must cancel the tour. By participating in the tour you are stipulating you consent to all terms presented including the terms contained on the confirmation as well as the terms listed herein. If for any reason we cannot get your booking confirmed within 24 hours, we will refund 100% of your money and send you an email with confirmation of refund.
Limitation of Liability
Please read this carefully as this section limits our liability to you for any issues that may arise in connection to use of this website, the participation in a tour and any services offered. GC Tours’ liability to any claimant shall not exceed the actual amount of money paid to GC Tours by or on behalf of the claimant. GC Tours is only responsible for making arrangements with tour operators for tour services. In the event the service or tour is cancelled or otherwise not provided, GC Tours' maximum liability shall not exceed the amount of funds actually paid by you to GC Tours for the cancelled tour. All tour details including itineraries, photo stops, activities, travel routes, food and equipment used for services provided may be subject to reasonable variations, changes or substitutions as determined by the tour operator. GC Tours does not own any of the companies that provide the tour services (hereinafter referred to as “tour operators”). The tour operators are independent contractors that are not agents, partners, employees, affiliates of, or controlled by, GC Tours. GC Tours is not liable for any expenses, damages, personal injuries, death, property damage or loss, caused during a tour or any service that was arranged by GC Tours or the GC Tours website, including any acts of negligence, misconduct, omissions, breaches, or errors by a tour operator, its officer, directors, employees, subcontractors or invitees. GC Tours has no liability or responsibility in the event of delays, cancellations, strikes, acts of God, force majeure or other causes beyond GC Tours' direct control. To the extent that GC Tours has direct control its liability is limited to the funds actually paid to GC Tours for the tour booked. Under no circumstances will GC Tours be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special or exemplary damages in any way connected with, or related to, the use of the GC Tours website or any tour. In no event shall GC Tours (or their directors, managers, officers or affiliates) be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special or exemplary damages in any way connected with, or related to matters that arise by taking a tour or caused by the tour operator. These terms and conditions supersede any prior terms and conditions for any claim that occurs after these terms and conditions exist. All claims made to GC Tours prior to these terms and conditions are governed by the terms and conditions in place at the time the claim was communicated to GC Tours.
Use of website
This section limits GC Tours' liability to you for any issues in connection with use of this website. The content, services, or software may contain errors or inaccuracies. GC Tours disclaims all liability for errors and inaccuracies related to information and descriptions of services displayed on the GC Tours website including, without limitation, availability, features, itineraries, photos, meals, tour descriptions, start times, end times, durations, pick up locations, drop off locations, pick up times, drop off times, inclusions, exclusions. GC Tours reserves the right to make changes to the website and services offered at any time. GC Tours makes no representations or warranties about the suitability of the information or services offered for any purpose, any information on or provided through this website does not constitute an endorsement or recommendation.
Other Terms and Conditions
1. Once you place your order you will receive an email confirmation within 24 hours (If you are booking for tomorrow, we will send your confirmation today) with the following details: Tour Operator Contact info, tour date, time and place for pickup info, terms and conditions.
2. GC Tours arrange tours as a booking agency. GC Tours does not conduct the tour and GC Tours is not a transportation company. The tours are conducted by tour operators, who are separate companies that are not owned and not operated by GC Tours. GC Tours does not have control of the actions of the tour operators. If you have an issue with the actions of one of the tour operators, we will do our best resolve the matter, but we cannot guarantee any outcome, and we cannot refund money that was paid to a different company. Although we will assist as much as possible, GC Tours cannot mediate, issue refunds, or make any decisions on behalf of any tour operator.
2. If you need to cancel or reschedule for whatever reason, please make sure you do so within the time frame that is stated on your confirmation details or you risk losing money.
3. We reserve the right cancel a tour at any time for any reason. If the tour is cancelled by GC Tours, you will receive a full refund.
4. It is 100% your responsibility to monitor the weather and determine if you want to take the tour as tours may proceed in any weather, if you do not cancel or reschedule your tour 24 hours in advance you will not receive a refund.
5. GC Tours is in no way connected to, or a party to, your travel plans, planning, or decisions to travel to Las Vegas. GC Tours and the tour operator reserve the right to cancel a tour for any reason at any time and will issue a full refund in the event a tour is cancelled. GC Tours’ liability to you for a refund or otherwise shall never exceed the amount of money paid by you to GC Tours. GC Tour’s liability to you for a refund does not include those amounts collected by GC Tours and paid to tour operator(s) or other parties. If you do not accept these risks please do not book a tour with our company.
6. Third parties are strictly prohibited from booking or engaging with this website on behalf of the third party’s customers. A “third party” is defined as any person, group, or entity that arranges, advises or sets up a tour for another person without taking the tour for themselves or has any intent other than seeking and participating in a sightseeing tour themselves. A third party includes, but is not limited to, travel agents, tour companies, friends, family, hotel employees, tour websites, resellers, competitors, or any source other than the person that is genuinely seeking for the own personal use the services GC Tours provides. This does not prohibit a person from booking and paying on behalf of others, as long as the person booking will be taking and participating in the same tour that is booked. Any third party as defined in this section that prevents or potentially prevents a customer from booking a tour, including but not limited to purchasing any seat that could be purchased by a customer, by engaging with this website or business will be wrongfully and intentionally interfering with GC Tours’ business for which GC Tours will incur damages. By booking a tour through this web page and using or accessing the services of GC Tours, a third party agrees to be subject to injunctive relief enjoining further such conduct and shall be responsible for GC Tours’ attorney’s fees incurred in pursuit of injunctive relief. GC Tours’ failure to pursue other damages and relief does constitute a waiver of its rights to seek other remedies and damages. INDEMNIFICATION BY THIRD PARTIES: By booking a tour through this web page or using or accessing the services of GC Tours, a third party agrees to protect, defend, indemnify and hold GC Tours harmless from and against any and all claims, suits, damages, judgments and other causes of action brought by the passenger or customer of that tour and against GC Tours, including claims for bodily injury, property damage and death; the third party’s duty to indemnify shall include the costs and attorney’s fees incurred by GC Tours in defense.
7. All risks and liabilities associated with a tour are between you the customer and the tour operator. GC Tours is not liable for any injuries, damages, lost or damaged property caused by the tour operator or other parties.
8. By going on a tour purchased or booked through this site, you grant to us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sub-licensable, worldwide license to host, use, distribute, modify, run, copy, publicly perform or display, and create derivative works of your likeness, as contained in any photograph, video, or other media taken on the tour, for the purpose of promoting such tours, and the website. Under no circumstances will your likeness be sold to any third party (The tour operator of your tour is the only other party that may make use of the likeness, but GC Tours is not paid for such use)
9. By booking through this site, you indicate your consent and agreement to the assumption of any risk that is standard or commonly associated with the type of tour you book. It is your responsibility to evaluate the tour you select and to determine if it is suitable for you, and whether any limitations or disabilities you may suffer from will interfere with your experience and participation. If you are in doubt about the suitability of a particular tour, or whether a tour is too strenuous for you or your dependents, it is your responsibility to contact us and ask for that information. By booking, you waive any claim against the site or tour operator for allowing you to book a tour that is unsuitable for you.
10. In the event of a conflict between policies or terms contained on this page, and the policies or terms contained in your confirmation email, the terms and policies in the confirmation email will control.
11. If any provision or portion of these terms and conditions is determined to be illegal, against public policy or otherwise unenforceable, it shall be stricken and shall not defeat, invalidate or render unenforceable any other provision or the balance of this Agreement, and each such provision shall at all times be considered separate and severable in this regard.
12. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada, to the extent that they are not inconsistent with applicable federal laws.
13. Any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to these terms and conditions, or the breach thereof, shall be resolved by arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association in accordance with the Consumer Arbitration Rules or other appropriate AAA Arbitration Rules, and judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrator(s) may be entered in the state courts of Clark County, Nevada. Any arbitration proceeding shall be conducted in Las Vegas, Nevada and before a panel of arbitrator(s) from Nevada. To the extent the arbitration provision above is not applicable, enforceable or otherwise not required, then exclusive jurisdiction and venue with respect to all other actions arising under these terms and conditions shall reside in the state courts of Clark County, Nevada, and the federal courts of the District of Nevada, and the parties irrevocably submit and consent to such jurisdiction and venue and waive the right to a jury trial to the extent permissible by law. The prevailing party to any arbitration, action or dispute related to or to enforce this Agreement shall be entitled to an award of reasonable attorney’s fees and costs.
