If you do not call or email us to cancel more than 24 hours before the tour start time, you will not receive a full refund.
If you do not show up, if you are not on time, or in the wrong place on the day of the tour you will not receive a refund.
No refunds for weather or poor visibility, it is your responsibility to monitor the weather and cancel 24 hours or more before the tour start time. We make no guarantees about weather conditions or visibility.
No refunds for tours that run late or cause you to miss a flight or show time. All itineraries on our website are approximate and can vary depending on factors such as your hotel location, number of people taking the tour, traffic conditions, weather conditions, delays caused by passengers. We do not guarantee return times or hotel drop off times. We strongly urge you not to schedule anything after your tour as delays can happen.
Please understand that when you book a tour with any company, you are taking away seats that could be sold to other people. We will allow you to change your reservation if you can not take a tour on the date you schedule. If you have any questions about any policies, please contact us before booking a tour.
Air tours, including Helicopter and Airplane are not operated by GC Tours. These tours have a 24 hour cancellation policy for full refund.
When you make a reservation through this website, you will receive an email confirmation within 24 hours. This confirmation will include all of the details for purchase including pickup times, pickup location, and company contact info in the event you need to make changes or have specific questions. If for any reason we can not get your booking confirmed within 24 hours, we will refund 100% of your money and send you an email with confirmation of refund.
Terms and Conditions
1.Once you place your order you will receive an email confirmation within 24 hours (it's typically within a few hours) with the following details: Contact info, tour date, time and place for pickup info, reconfirmation of terms and conditions.
2. If you need to cancel or reschedule for whatever reason, please make sure you do so within the time frame that is stated on your confirmation details or you risk losing money.
3. In some cases, GC Tours will not provide the tour and make tour arrangements with another tour provider on your behalf.
4.Although we will assist as much as possible, GC Tours can not mediate, issue refunds, or make any decisions on behalf of any tour provider that GC Tours elects to provide your tour.
5.In the event your tour is not operated by GC Tours, All risks and liabilities associated with a tour are between you the customer and the actual tour operator, GC Tours is not liable for any injuries, damages,lost or damaged property caused by another tour operator.
6. It is 100% your responsibility to monitor the weather and determine if you want to take the tour, if you do not cancel or reschedule your tour 24 hours in advance you will not receive a refund
